1. General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baeej platform and all of its services. By accessing our services through the baeej website, app, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically given your consent to these Terms.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. baeej may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information will result in account closure.

2.4 KYC Verification

To ensure a safe and secure environment, baeej follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process when required. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.

3. Account Security and Password

It is your sole responsibility to keep your baeej account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Do not use the same password across multiple sites.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum amount for each deposit transaction on the baeej platform is ৳300. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800. Transaction requests below these amounts will not be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

baeej has three VIP tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, baeej reserves the right to make a decision.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on international cricket matches including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that match's bets will be refunded.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and transparent results. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

6.4 Disputes Over Results

If you have an objection regarding the result of any game, notify the support team within 24 hours. baeej's technical team will review the matter and issue a final decision.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baeej platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Misusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Attempting a cyberattack against the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your baeej account at any time. Any valid balance in the account at the time of the request will be returned; however, bonus balances will be cancelled if all wagering requirements have not been met.

11.2 Suspended or Closed by baeej

baeej may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.

12. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
